New Rhythm is a complete renovation designed to change the atmosphere of your home without altering its balance: more light, more order, more comfort. We coordinated the complete painting and the air conditioning system, integrating transitions and masks for a clean and discreet result.

The heart of the project is the floor.

The existing tiles were terracotta/pink, and the clients wanted a minimally invasive intervention, without demolition. They chose SPC flooring installed over the existing flooring. It's stable, resistant to water and temperature changes, and easy to maintain. In a large space, the 1.8-meter planks create continuity; the installation direction was carefully planned along the length of the apartment and finished with precise cuts, including around the kitchen peninsula. Reflecting the same desire for continuity, the SPC continues in the hallway toward the sleeping area and into the bathrooms: the wood effect becomes modern and possible thanks to the material's performance.

In the bathrooms, the choice of finishes was immediate: after visiting the supplier, the clients fell in love with Italgraniti's SHALE effects. In the master bathroom, we used 120x60 cm tiles in the shade of sand, with a combination of Sand + Sand Ribbed : the horizontal ribbing runs along the long wall of the shower, adding movement to a long, narrow space. The tub was replaced with a 2-meter shower, featuring a sliding door and a waterfall showerhead, for visual lightness and relaxation.

In the second, more intimate bathroom, we maintained the same style but with carefully considered proportions. The "shale" motif remains, but the atmosphere is changed by the Moon shade, which is grayer and more contemporary, creating an elegant look without being overwhelming. The tiles are slightly smaller than in the main bathroom, so the grout lines create a more harmonious pattern, and the overall effect appears more visually "orderly" in a smaller space. Here, too, the SPC is used seamlessly, creating a fluid transition between the hallway and bathroom and instantly warming the space.

The shower was designed to be practical and versatile: double entry and 180° swing doors, a convenient solution when space is needed and easy to clean. The frosted glass adds privacy and diffuses light, while maintaining a light and airy feel. A compact bathroom, yet as elegant as a main room: essential, modern, and perfectly integrated into the overall rhythm of the home.
