Wooden Shutters is a project in which we completely renovated the wooden shutters and blinds of a condominium complex, working in close coordination with the condominium administration and the individual owners . The project required careful planning of the operational phases to ensure continuity of occupancy and safety throughout the entire construction period.

The shutters were dismantled and transferred to our warehouse , where they were sanded to restore their original condition. This was followed by restoration and rehabilitation of the damaged parts , with targeted interventions on the areas most exposed to wear and tear and atmospheric agents. All the shutters were opened, realigned, and squared , and any damaged or non-functional hardware was also replaced .

Once the preparation phase was completed, the shutters were repainted with a specific process for exterior wood , a walnut finish, designed to offer long-lasting protection and a uniform aesthetic. Once completed, they were carefully packaged to avoid damage during transport and returned to the construction site for reassembly.

The final phase involved the timely reassembly on site , with adjustments and checks to ensure the correct functioning, alignment, and locking of each element. The project involved approximately twenty apartments , with particular attention to completion times, especially for the units on the first floors, where it was essential to minimize the periods without locking systems .

In condominium contexts of this type, it is also essential to provide adequate treatments and maintenance cycles for the wood , capable of counteracting the action of humidity, fungi and degrading agents over time, preserving not only the aesthetic appearance but also the safety and functionality of the elements.
